Not completing the appropriate withdrawal or leave of absence forms can prove costly since students will be assessed tuition charges for a semester not completed.
A withdrawal from a class (W) is GPA-neutral: instead of a grade, you receive a W notation on your transcript which does not affect your GPA; you also don't earn credits for the course.
Students who wish to withdraw from all courses prior to the start of the term, must contact the Student Affairs Office at 617-573-8239, located on the 12th floor of 73 Tremont Street, and submit a Leave of Absence Form or a Withdrawal Form.
