If you keep the player with the most FPs from last season, you pick 12th. If you pick the player with the fewest FPs last year, you pick first. All keepers are assigned to the last pick of the draft so no need to worry about penalties.
Selecting Keepers Click on "Edit Keepers" ... Edit Keepers on the Web. The Keepers page will display the Keeper selection lock time, your league's draft date (if scheduled), and the maximum number of Keepers allowed. Click on the box next to the player you wish to keep then click on Submit.
On the league homepage, there will be a list of teams and you'll see an option to set keepers like this: After that, simply select your keepers, up to the maximum amount allowed. Once you set a Keeper, nobody will be able to draft that player. You can also modify your selection(s) up until your draft begins.
Draft Pick Trading enables Team Managers to trade draft picks with other Managers. For example, Team A's manager may trade their 3rd and 4th pick for another manager's 1st and 6th pick, if they believe that it would benefit them in the draft. Trades involving uneven amount of draft picks will go through.
The Team Manager marks that player as one of their team's Keepers for the next season. When the next season's draft occurs, that Keeper will be drafted automatically in the 5th round.
Draft picks are assigned the same way the NFL does. Whichever team was the lower seed will get the 3rd pick, and the other team gets the 4th pick (remember that seeding is decided by wins and H2H record and Points For as the tiebreaker. the division winners will have a bye this week).
While Draft Pick Trades is on, a new "Draft Picks" section appears and you'll be able to select a draft pick from next season while selecting your desired players to trade. Each trade needs to have an equal number of items traded (like 2 draft picks for 2 draft picks).
Determining Keeper League Draft Order Following-year drafts typically reward the worst teams in the first two rounds: The worst team will get the first pick of round one and first pick of round two. After the first and second rounds are complete, round three will start the snake draft.
In this type of league, each team selects their keepers in the offseason, and then all un-kept players are put back into a standard fantasy football snake draft. In a league with three keepers and 15 roster positions, the annual draft would be 12 rounds.
Keeper leagues allow Team Managers to keep players on their roster over multiple seasons without having to redraft them. Keepers are only available in League Manager leagues. Team Managers may select as few players or as many players as the league creator selected during league creation.
