You have two options to submit your dispute documents. You can receive the form by email, complete it electronically and email all of your documentation to us. Or, you can print and mail in your completed dispute form and include copies of the required documents.
If you discover errors on your credit report, gather any supporting documents and include them with a letter disputing the error. Then send it to: The credit reporting agency whose report you are disputing. The company that provided the incorrect information.

If you think that there is incorrect information on your Equifax Credit Report, please go to the Errors on my Credit Report section to raise a dispute. As we don't own the data, we'll manage the dispute with the data supplier on your behalf. Once the dispute has been raised, the company has 21 days to respond to it.
