(January 14, 2025) - After a nationwide recruitment, City Manager Jennifer Maguire has appointed, and the San José City Council has confirmed, Aram Kouyoumdjian as San José's new Director of the Human Resources (HR) Department and the City Manager's Office of Employee Relations (OER).
