You need to endorse the back of the check. Do this by signing your name as it appears on the check, followed by a few words like For Deposit Only and your account number. This clarifies your intention to deposit the check into your account.
Top questions Select Deposit in the bottom bar. Choose the account you want to use for your deposit. Enter the amount of your check. Sign the back of your check and write “For Mobile Deposit at Wells Fargo Only” below your signature (or if available, check the box that reads: “Check here if mobile deposit”).
