Passport Services | Summit County Clerk's Office, Utah. Passport services are by appointment only. Appointments are available on the hour between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Passport Book: Valid for all domestic travel as well as international travel by air, sea or land. Passport Card: Valid for all domestic travel including when entering the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda at land border crossings or sea ports-of-entry.
