Grades are viewable on the student's MyPima Academics tab. Grade reports or mailers are not mailed. To challenge a grade, a student must do so through a formal process. Please refer to pima/current-students/complaint-processes/.
A student is considered full-time when they enroll in 12 or more credits per semester. The First Year Experience (FYE) Program hosts seven different engagement opportunities on-campus and online for new Pima students who are within their first year (30 credits) at Pima.
These agreements allow PMI students to pursue undergraduate and graduate degree completion programs (online or on-ground). GCU allows both PMI degree and non-degree students to transfer credit, while MSU, CSC, UOP, and EC allow specific credits to transfer for PMI degree students.
No transfer credit is awarded for vocational certificate category ACE recommendations. The JST is reviewed for potential transfer credit in ance with VA guidelines and Arizona statutes related to awarding credit for military training and education. Credits are evaluated at the time of JST submission to ASU.
Pima recognizes and will grant credit for eligible American Council on Education's (ACE) trainings. Meet with your Academic Advisor to discuss PLA and other Pima requirements, such as your degree plan, career planning, etc. Submit your official ACE recommendation form to the Registrar's Office for evaluation.
