ARTICLE 39.14 DISCOVERY: Upon receipt of a timely request, motion or notice to the State, the State shall promptly produce and permit the inspection of all documents, items and information mentioned in Article 39.14 and Evidence Rules 702, 703 and 705 that are subject to discovery.
