Internal Concurrent Enrollment consists of a student taking a class simultaneously at one Maricopa Community College while still being a student at another Maricopa Community College. International students are welcome to enroll concurrently as long as they are taking 9 in-person credits at MCC.

Yes you can take classes at community college for any reason. If you want to do your freshman/sophomore pre-reqs and general ed classes, which generally are your “basics”, you'll earn an associates anyways. The two years is just the typical time frame, you can do it faster.
