The scripture says to go to the offending party and try to make them see and repent of their sin. If they don't listen, take another believer with you to talk to them, If they still refuse to repent of their offense, they can be asked to leave the church until they do repent before the church leaders.
Communicate clearly and lovingly with others you are close with in the church about your leaving. The church is a family. And just like any family, it is a joy to receive new members and it is sad to say goodbye to those who leave.
