(i) The party who bears the burden of proof on the issue for which expert testimony is offered must serve on the other parties the information required by paragraph (a)(4)(A) within 14 days after the close of fact discovery.

(a) Notice of withdrawal. An attorney may withdraw from the case by filing with the court and serving on all parties a notice of withdrawal. The notice of withdrawal shall include the address of the attorney's client and a statement that no motion is pending and no hearing or trial has been set.

Tier 1 cases involve asserted damages of $50,000 or less, Tier 2 cases involve $50,001-$300,000 in claimed damages, and Tier 3 cases involve claimed damages in excess of $300,000.
