San José State uses an Express Mail service that allows you to receive your admission packet, which includes your acceptance letter and I-20 form, in five to seven days (once SJSU has processed your Express Mail order). We will post your admission notice to your MySJSU account.
SJSU evaluators review your application for CSU eligibility within 7-10 business days. Your status will change to “RF-Referred to Dept.” if your application documents contain narrative evaluations. Graduate Admissions (GAPE) will post the university admission decision to your MySJSU account.
View Academic Standing Click the MySJSU Sign In link (in original window), and then enter your SJSU ID and password. Navigate to HRSA Administrative Access > HSJPRD > SJSU Campus Solutions > Transcript > View Unofficial Transcript - The SJSU Unofficial Transcript Search page displays. Click the Add a New Value tab.
