You will often receive a decision – a college acceptance letter, college rejection letter, or deferral – in December. For the Regular Decision cycle, you will usually receive your college acceptance letter in late-March or early-April.
NC State University typically releases its regular decision admissions decisions in late March. If you applied for Early Action, you should have received your decision in mid-January to early February. Keep in mind these dates are approximate and can change slightly from year to year!
Letter of Recommendation This letter should come from a teacher who taught you in a core academic area, like English, math, science, social science, or world language.
