EMAIL: ARDocs@glendale a copy of your Driver License/ID or Photo Identification and we'll email your unofficial transcript to you within 48 – 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please include your GCC ID number in your email request.
You can likely view your unofficial transcript on your college's website, or request it from the registrar at your school.
Transcripts Visit the My Maricopa Student Portal. Use your MEID and password to log in. Select the Transcripts tab. Click Print. Here you will see your unofficial transcript, including: Maricopa Colleges attended. Semesters attended at the college. Classes taken along with the grades received.
Unofficial copies are printed on regular blank white paper, and may be photocopied should you require additional unofficial copies. As unofficial transcripts are printed on plain white paper, they are not available to be received via email. They may be picked up in person or delivered by mail only.
If you are thinking of taking one or two classes at a different Maricopa college, you will need to complete our online application so that we can notify the other institution that you are allowed to take courses over at their campus.

The Concurrent Enrollment Program (CEP) allows students to pursue an AAS degree in nursing through the MaricopaNursing program while providing an affordable, concurrent, or simultaneous course of study that enables students to complete their BSN degree.
Filing a Will or Probate Case The Probate Filing Counter is located at 201 W. Jefferson in Phoenix, or at our Southeast location, 222 E. Javelina in Mesa, or at our Northwest Regional Court Center location at 14264 W.
When the Estate is in Probate Wait for a call from the estate's executor. If the will is in probate, visit the county probate court, or county clerk's office. Try looking up the case online via the state's public access case-lookup system.
