The Military Assistance Program Address Code (MAPAC) is a six position code that uniquely identifies a program or Activity. MAPACs are stored in the MAPAD database.
Under the FMS process, a formal USG offer to sell military articles or services is communicated by presenting an LOA, complete with the authorized USG signatures, to the prospective international partner.
