O2 end of contract tariff options If you happen to be out of contract with O2 already, it will send you an annual reminder that you're still paying for an old tariff. In these notifications, O2 will offer you a selection of new plans that you could move onto once your fixed-term is finished.
Cancelling your O2 Business Agreement Your Agreement with us will end on the day after the 30 working days notice period expires. You can change your mind at any time during the 30 days, just call us on the numbers above and we can discuss your options.
Almost all providers require 30 days' notice if you wish to leave.
If you wish to cancel the contract you would either need to provide 30 days notice to cancel without the number.
Go to your O2 account and select 'Membership and Subscriptions' Scroll down to 'Cancel Subscription'
Simply sign in to My O2 and choose the tariff you want to move to. If you move to a lower tariff, you could lose some of your benefits – even if you move back to a higher tariff later.
How do I transfer my mobile number? Text your current provider to request a mobile PAC code. A PAC code should be given to you immediately over the phone or within two hours by text. Contact your new network and give them the PAC code. Check the SIM works in your phone and the new number has ported across.
If you've taken out a SIM Only contract in store, over the phone or online, you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do want to cancel your agreement, get in touch to let us know and we'll get it sorted.
