How to print Visit Select your printer's location. Upload your file(s). Select your preferred options and press “Complete Order & Print” to receive a secure release code. When you arrive at the printer, enter the secure release code on the printer's touchscreen.
At the Windows Manage your device screen, click Printer properties. Click Preferences. From the Color Mode dropdown, choose either Color or Black and White. Click OK to save.
If documents are not printing- Check to make sure printer is plugged in properly and is turned on. Try restarting the printer and wait a few seconds after turning it back on. Printer should begin printing as soon as the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi again.
How to copy Place your document(s) into the printer's input tray or place IDs and passports on the scanning glass. Tap printer screen and press "OK." Select "Copy" and enter your email address. Enter your 4-digit PIN or create a new account using the prompts on the printer screen.

Color Printing from a PDF Go to File > Print and choose Advanced. Depending on which operating system you are using, the resulting “Advanced Print Setup” will look like one of the two below. From “Advanced Print Setup” choose Printer Color Management or Let printer determine colors. Select “OK”

Option 1: Use the Camera App on Your Phone If you have a smartphone, you can use your built-in camera app to scan a document. Scans are basically images, so you can simply snap a picture of your document and save it to your phone for later use.
To scan from the printer, place your original on the scanner glass or into the automatic document feeder (ADF) (documents only), click Scan or Printer Scan. To scan with a mobile device camera, place your original on a flat, well-lit surface, and then click Camera Scan.
