Pennsylvania's Dead Man's Rule, 42 Pa. C.S.A. § 5930, generally speaking, bars any claimant from testifying herself about interactions between the Claimant and a Decedent.

Rule 1007.1. (a) Demand. In any action in which the right to jury trial exists, that right shall be deemed waived unless a party files and serves a written demand for a jury trial not later than twenty days after service of the last permissible pleading.

In the demand a party may specify the issues which the party wishes so tried; otherwise the party shall be deemed to have demanded trial by jury for all the issues so triable.
