Tie back the leg that's closest to the calf (just so she doesn't buffalo him by knocking his block off). If she's a real pain about letting her milk down, I'll give the cow 4cc or so of Oxytocin. Once the calf sucks, turn them out in a pen together (with no other cattle in it).
