One angel records deeds of righteousness, while the other records the sins of mankind. The souls of the dead are to be judged by these records (see Testament of Abraham 12.4–18; 13.9).

Matthew -11 Notice that it says angels—plural—who report to God, which is what "see the face of God" means: They stand before Him, are in communication with Him, give reports to Him, analyze and give evaluations to Him. They are telling Him what our needs are.
Angels are constantly traveling around Earth observing and reporting back to God what happens (Revelation ; Zechariah ; 2 Chronicles ). Many are messengers that report to God's prophets, apostles and chosen men. Some angels are responsible for handling our prayers (Revelation ; -4).
“An angel speaks to God—St. Thomas explains—either by consulting the Divine will of what ought to be done, or by admiring the Divine excellence which he can never comprehend.”
The Lord has not revealed whether one specific angel is assigned to watch over each person, but you can be assured that divine protection and comfort are available. If you exercise faith, you will have God's help, including angels sent to strengthen and comfort you and give you courage to do what is right.
First, the church has a message, which is that God has saved his people through Christ. Second, the church is the created and saved result of that message. Finally, the church is a message. He has saved broken people like us, and by belonging to his people we are trying to respond to him in the ways he requires.
Jesus's letter to Philadelphia was written to a struggling church. They were struggling with the persecution they faced, yet they remained faithful. Jesus reassures them of their safety in him and that they will be saved in the judgment that is coming upon the world. Suffering purifies our faith and roots us in Christ.
"And to the angel of the Church in Philadelphia write: These things saith He that is holy, He that is true, He that hath the key of David, He that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little ...
He's simply saying that having “little power” isn't inherently and always bad. In spite of your lack of size and influence, says Jesus, you faithfully kept my word and, in the face of persecution and perhaps even martyrdom, refused to deny my name.
