If we approve Form I-131 filed for a noncitizen seeking parole in place, the noncitizen will receive a Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record, which is evidence of their parole in place. Noncitizens inside the United States previously granted parole in place may request a new period of parole, also known as re-parole.
