Pima Community College's East Campus is an authorized acceptance facility for those submitting new applications for a US Passport using form DS-11. Step 1: Complete the online application: Apply to Pima.Use our Form Filler to fill out your form and print it. For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop computer. Please note: Students also may be required to complete a Residency Affidavit. STEP ONE: All students must complete this step. Please call to make an appointment. Change in residency is not automatic. You must complete an affidavit and turn it in to a campus Student Services Center or the Office of Admissions.
