The complaint must be served on all named defendants and proofs of service on those defendants must be filed with the court within 60 days after the filing of the complaint.
Alameda County Superior Court Local Rule 3.27(e) states the requirement for filing of confidential documents for which sealing is required. See also California Rules of Court, rules 2.550-51. 9. Date of filing.

On Sunday afternoon, CHP announced that no traffic will be allowed from Mile Marker 9.5 indefinitely. The westbound lane of the same area was already closed in December, when Alameda County Public Works announced the need to monitor an active landslide. The same area was also closed from March until May 2023.
