Forward a meeting when you are the meeting organizer After you've added the additional attendees, select Send Update. You can choose whether to send the update only to added or changed attendees or to all attendees.

By using the online version of Outlook you can hide the attendee list prior to sending out a calendar invite, preventing any personal data of your attendees being shared with the entire invite list.
In the "Response Options" section, uncheck the "Request Responses" box. In the "Meeting Options" section, select "None" from the "Response Options" drop-down menu. Add the meeting details such as the subject, location, and start/end time. Click on the "Send" button to send the meeting request.

To update an Outlook invite without sending an update, make necessary changes and simply save the event without choosing 'Send Update'. This will only update your calendar and not the invitees'. Use this method for minor changes that do not affect attendees.
