Information and Preview Links - Information and preview links are available for many forms to give you a more detailed description of the form and a special preview. You will find the information and preview links under "Description" in the search results for many forms.

Law Summary Links - State Specific law summary links are available for many forms and provide a basic to detailed summary of the law in relation to the form. The Law summary links are located next to the information and preview links.

Hard Copy - Based on demand, many of the most popular forms are also available in hard copy format. This means the form will be mailed to you on bond paper for use. Look for the Hard Copy line in the search results.

Build On-Line - In May, 2001, USLF released a build on-line option for selected forms. The option is being added to thousands of forms. This option allows users to view a form, complete it on-line and purchase the form. You may also revise and save the completed form after purchase for up to ten days. Build On-Line Forms are in pdf fillable format. Look for the Build On-Line in the search results.

Completion Services are also now offered for selected forms.

Order/Download Procedures: Users may generally order/download forms using one of the following procedures:

1) Regular Users - As a regular user you may locate the form you desire, click on the order icon, complete the secure order form and obtain the form.

2) Registered Users - As a Registered User you may order and download forms using a username and password. To join as a registered user you place your contact information and credit card information in the USLF Registered User system.

3) Fax Orders - You may order forms by fax. To use the fax procedure use the Regular User procedure and simply print and fax rather than submitting the secure order form or use the fax order form. The fax number is 1-(601)-825-2102.

4) Phone Orders - You may also order by phone toll free 1- (877) 389-0141. Phone orders are taken Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time.

5) Mail Orders - You may also order by mail with payment by check, money order or credit card. See Mail Orders.
