TGMCR 5. Pretrial Disclosures Wyoming TG MCR 5. Pretrial Disclosures are a set of rules enacted by the Wyoming Supreme Court governing the disclosure of information during the pretrial period of a criminal proceeding. These rules are intended to ensure the parties involved in a case are aware of the evidence that will be presented in the trial and are given the opportunity to prepare for it. There are three types of Wyoming TG MCR 5. Pretrial Disclosures: discovery requests, motions to suppress, and stipulations. Discovery requests allow parties to request information from each other that may be necessary to the case. Motions to suppress allow parties to challenge the admissibility of certain evidence or witnesses. Lastly, stipulations are agreements between the parties that are intended to simplify the trial process.
