Aggravated sexual abuse involves the use of force, threats, or intimidation to engage in sexual contact. Sexual abuse of a minor involves any sexual contact with a person under the age of 18. Sexual contact with an incapacitated person involves any sexual contact with a person who is unable to give legal consent due to age, mental or physical incapacity, or intoxication.
