Rhode Island Employers Petition To Review and Or Amend Agreement Or Decree Concerning Compensation is a legal document that is submitted to the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training by employers who wish to challenge or amend a compensation agreement or decree concerning their employees. The petition is used to challenge any aspect of the compensation agreement or decree, such as wages, hours, benefits, etc. It may be used to dispute a decision made by the Department of Labor or to request a modification of the agreement or decree. There are two types of Rhode Island Employers Petition To Review and Or Amend Agreement Or Decree Concerning Compensation: (1) Employer’s Petition to Review and/or Amend Agreement or Decree Concerning Wages and Hours; and (2) Employer’s Petition to Review and/or Amend Agreement or Decree Concerning Benefits. Both types of petitions require employers to provide detailed information about the agreement or decree they are challenging. The Department of Labor will review the information and make a decision on the employer's petition.
