The Pennsylvania Conference Payment Plan is a payment plan offered by the Pennsylvania Conference of State System Universities that allows students to pay their tuition and fees in multiple installments. The plan is available to students enrolled at the 14 State System universities in Pennsylvania, including Bloomsburg, California, Chaney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinburg, Indiana, Button, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Minersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and West Chester. The Payment Plan allows students to pay their tuition and fees over a period of three to six months depending on when the tuition and fees are due. The plan requires an upfront payment of 25 percent of the total tuition and fees due, with the remaining balance due in equal installments. The first installment is due within 30 days of the initial payment. There is a $50 enrollment fee that is due when enrolling in the plan. The Payment Plan is available for the fall and spring semesters, and the summer term. There is no interest charged on the Payment Plan, and students are not required to have a credit or debit card to enroll in the plan. There are two types of Pennsylvania Conference Payment Plans, the Traditional Plan and the Deferred Payment Plan. The Traditional Plan requires the 25% upfront payment and the remaining balance is divided into equal installments over the duration of the plan. The Deferred Payment Plan allows students to have the full balance due at the end of the payment plan duration.
