The Nevada Appointment of Registered Agent by Court-Appointed Nonresident Guardian of Adult is a legal document that allows a court-appointed guardian to appoint an agent to accept service of process and other legal documents on behalf of the adult ward in the state of Nevada. This document must be filed with the Nevada Secretary of State in order to be effective. There are two different types of Nevada Appointment of Registered Agent by Court-Appointed Nonresident Guardian of Adult: corporate and individual.
