The Missouri Waiver of Interested Party is a legal document used by an individual who is interested in a property transaction to waive their right to be informed of the transaction. This document can be used in the sale, lease, or transfer of a property. There are two types of waivers: General Waiver and Limited Waiver. A General Waiver of Interested Party relinquishes all rights to be informed of the transaction and any other related transactions, such as the acceptance of offers or counteroffers. This waiver also waives any right to be consulted or informed of the sale or transfer of the property. A Limited Waiver of Interested Party only waives the right to be informed of the transaction, but does not waive the right to be consulted or informed of any related transactions. Both waivers must be signed and notarized in order to be legally valid.
