Illinois Getting Started Proof of Delivery (GASPED) is a web-based system developed by the Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES) to provide employers with an efficient way to submit wage reports and make payments electronically. GASPED allows employers to securely submit, track, and manage their employee payroll information, as well as make payments through a secure online portal. GASPED also provides employers with access to online forms, including the Illinois New Hire Reporting Form (NERF). There are two types of Illinois Getting Started Proof of Delivery: Employer and Employee. The Employer Proof of Delivery allows employers to submit, track, and manage employee payroll information and make payments through a secure online portal. The Employee Proof of Delivery allows employees to submit, track, and manage their own payroll information and make payments through the same secure online portal.
