Hawaii Foreign Nonprofit Corporation Annual Report is a document that must be filed on an annual basis with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. The report includes information about the corporation’s financial activities, assets, liabilities, and governance structure, as well as a list of the nonprofit’s directors and officers. There are two types of Hawaii Foreign Nonprofit Corporation Annual Reports—Short Form and Long Form. The Short Form is used for smaller organizations that have fewer than $25,000 in total assets and annual receipts of less than $100,000. The Long Form is used for organizations with more than $25,000 in total assets and annual receipts of more than $100,000. Both forms require certain financial information, such as income, expenses, and net assets, to be reported to the state.
