In order to register for the court's CM/ECF Attorney training in Hawaii, you must first create an account with the federal judiciary PACER system. Once you have an account, you can then log into the Hawaii court's CM/ECF system. You must provide your personal information, such as name, address, and contact information, as well as your bar number and PACER account information. Once your information has been verified, you will be granted access to the various tools and resources provided by the court's CM/ECF system. These tools will include tutorials, training materials, and support services to help you become more familiar with the system. Additionally, you will have access to the court's CM/ECF database, where you can search for court documents, view hearing dates, and access court records. Once you have completed the training, you will be required to pass an exam in order to become a certified attorney in the court's CM/ECF system. There are two types of Hawaii Used to register for the court's CM/ECF Attorney training: free training and paid training. The free training is open to all attorneys and is designed to familiarize them with the court's CM/ECF system. The paid training provides more comprehensive training and includes additional resources for attorneys.
