Individuals must complete a drug education program and community service in order to be eligible for the request. The multiple-offense request is available to individuals who have been charged with multiple offenses. Individuals must complete a drug education program and community service in order to be eligible for the request. The other requests are available to individuals who do not meet the criteria for either the first-time offender request or the multiple-offense request. Individuals must complete a drug education program and community service in order to be eligible for the request. In order to be eligible for the program, individuals must complete the drug education program and community service within six months of being charged. The program is designed to help individuals learn about the dangers of drug abuse and to give back to their communities by engaging in community service.
