Colorado Satisfaction of Judgment Partial or Full is a legal document used in the state of Colorado which serves to release a party from all or part of their legal obligation to another party. There are two types of Satisfaction of Judgment Partial or Full: partial satisfaction and full satisfaction. A partial satisfaction is when a court orders a debtor to pay only a portion of the total amount of the original debt, while a full satisfaction is when the debtor pays the full amount of the original debt in full. The Satisfaction of Judgment Partial or Full documents must be filed with the court that issued the original judgment. The document must include all the necessary information, such as the original judgment, the amount paid by the debtor, the date of payment, the name and address of the debtor, and the name and address of the creditor. Once the Satisfaction of Judgment Partial or Full is filed with the court, the court will enter an order releasing the debtor from the obligation to the creditor.
