Connecticut 3 Day Notice to Quit for Failure to Pay Rent Prior to Eviction - Chance to Cure Not Required - Nonresidential
The Forms Professionals Trust! ™
This form is used by Landlord in order to terminate a non-residential lease when the Tenant has failed to pay rent when due. Under Connecticut law, Landlord is NOT required to give Tenant a chance to cure within the 3-day notice period, but Landlord may want to offer Tenant a chance to cure, so an optional check-box is added to the form. Landlord should indicate in the appropriate check box whether or not he is allowing Tenant to cure the default in payment.
All forms provided by U.S. Legal Forms, Inc.™, (USLF), the nations leading legal forms publisher. When you need a legal form, don't accept anything less than the USlegal™ brand. "The Forms Professionals Trust ™
