8. Complete Parts 7 and 8, which require signatures and statements of understanding from both you and your qualifying family member.
9. If applicable, fill out Part 9 for an interpreter, and Part 10 for a preparer's information if someone else assisted with the form.
10. Finally, review each section for accuracy, save your changes, and download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
