1. Press the ‘Get Form’ button to access the entry form and open it in your preferred document editor.
2. Begin filling out the member name field by entering your full name as it appears in your club records. This is important for identification purposes.
3. Enter your member ID in the designated field. This ID is crucial for tracking your entry and ensuring it is associated with your account.
4. Select a category for your image. You may choose from the listed options such as 'Blowing in the wind,' 'Self Portrait,' or others. Note that you can only submit one image per category.
5. Below the category selection, type the title of your image following the format provided (e.g., G1_1234_Self Portrait). Be sure to use your member ID and descriptive title.
6. Repeat steps four and five for each image you wish to enter, ensuring you do not exceed the maximum of seven images.
7. Once you have completed the entries for all categories, review your form for any errors and ensure all required fields are filled out accurately.
8. To submit your images, prepare your digital files in compliance with the specifications: a maximum of 3840 pixels on the long side, saved as .jpg with high-quality settings. Keep the total email size under 10MB.
9. Email your submission to gemboree@montrealcameraclub.com, ensuring you send any additional images in separate emails or through WeTransfer.com if necessary.
10. After submitting, you can save your filled form, download, print it, or share it as needed.
