9. Answer the questions regarding your ability to read and write English, and whether you have previously held a Notary Public position in Washington.
10. Section B requires you to provide personal data. If applicable, answer the questions regarding any criminal history or professional license actions that may have occurred in the past ten years.
11. In section C, you will need endorsements from three residents of Washington State who are not related to you. Provide their printed names, signatures, and addresses.
12. On the subsequent pages, read and complete the Declaration of Applicant in the presence of a Notary Public as per the instructions given. Ensure the Notary Public follows their part correctly.
13. After completing the form and necessary endorsements, gather the completed application, a copy of your $10,000 surety bond, and prepare your $30 application fee.
14. Submit these documents to the Notary Public Program at the Department of Licensing by mail to the specified address.
15. Once you receive your Notary Public certificate, you will need to obtain your Notary seal or stamp from a vendor using a copy of your certificate.
