9. Review the application section where you confirm your eligibility by answering a series of questions. For each question, check 'yes' or 'no' as applicable. Low-risk items such as being a U.S. citizen or being 21 years of age are some of the first queries.
10. If you answer 'yes' to firearm safety training course completion, attach the necessary documentation. If any other questions apply to you, ensure to provide any required attachments.
11. At the end of the form, include your signature and date in the designated areas. If applicable, have the authorized person administer oaths sign the form as well.
12. Once all information is accurately filled, you can choose to save your changes, download, print, or share the completed application form.
