The New Jersey Institute of Technology acceptance rate is 66%. It is considered a moderately selective university. The competition is moderate.

We generally look for students in the top 25% of their class. For schools that don't use a ranking system, we consider a 3.0 GPA or higher to be the equivalent. Partaking in rigorous curricula, such as Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) classes, can give you an additional advantage.

Starting A New Application To apply to any graduate program at NJIT, you will complete an online application. You will be asked to create a user ID and password. Don't worry about completing the application at once. You may start it, save it, and return to it at a later time using your user ID and password.

Application Fees The non-refundable application fee is $75.

There is no minimum requirement for GRE in New Jersey Institute of Technology. Even GRE scores can be waived for students with 3.0 GPA (85%).
