8. Prepare the video submission by ensuring it is one continuous unedited take lasting no more than 3 minutes, recorded in landscape format from a center wide shot. Upload this video to Google Drive.
9. Follow the submission instructions: save or scan your completed form in PDF format, compose an email titled with your group name as the subject, include the name of the leader and contact number in the email body, attach the PDF version of your application form, and provide the link to your Google Drive video.
