- Fill in the plant's physical address, including street address, county, city, state, and zip code.
- Enter the plant’s latitude and longitude in decimal format.
- Specify the North American Electric Reliability Corporation region and provide the balancing authority associated with this plant.
- Indicate the principle water source used for cooling or hydroelectric generation, filling in details as prompted.
- Complete the generator information sections as detailed in Schedules 3, 4, 5, and 6, providing all necessary data as required.
- After completing all sections, review the information for accuracy and completeness.
- Save your changes, then download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
