4. In the 'Sire(s)' section, fill in the name, brand or tattoo numbers, and registration certificate numbers as required.
5. Choose the mating method by circling the appropriate option: AI or natural.
6. Indicate the registration type as Ranch Brand or Compute and provide your location information if necessary.
7. For each animal you wish to register, enter details such as the calf’s brand/tattoo number, dam ID, dam registration number, calf’s name, ID number, sex, and birth date.
8. Confirm that you have entered all required information for each animal listed on the form.
9. Provide your NACA member number and membership name in the respective fields.
10. Fill out your telephone number and email address for contact purposes.
11. Review the registration fees and ensure they are paid to complete your application.
12. Once you have filled out the entire form, save the changes, and choose to download or print the form for your records.
13. Submit the completed application either via email to the provided address or by mailing it to the specified address.
