This is an application to waive The Expository Writing Requirement: EXPOS-UA 1: “Writing The Essay” or EXPOS-UA 5: “Writing The Essay: Art in the World.” The English Proficiency Exam is a second requirement (except in TSOA) and can only be fulfilled by taking the exam. You must pass the Proficiency Exam before this waiver will be processed. If you have not yet taken the exam, contact Joanna Mendoza (joanna.mendoza@nyu.edu) to sch.
