- Select your membership type by checking one of the options: Principal Broker, Managing Broker, or Agent/Assoc. Broker/Property Manager. If applicable, indicate if you are a Licensed Appraiser, Unlicensed Firm/Office Admin. Personnel, or an Unlicensed Assistant.
- Fill in the licensed user’s name and the REIN ID responsible for the unlicensed assistant.
- Complete the personal information section: enter your last name, first name, middle initial, and any applicable Doing Business As name.
- Provide your home address, including city, state, and zip code.
- Enter your primary phone number as well as a secondary phone number for the roster. Note that both numbers will be displayed on agent listings.
- Input a unique email address necessary for setting up your REIN account. This email will be visible on listings and used for REIN communications.
- Enter your Real Estate License Number and State of Certification. If applying for an Unlicensed membership, mark N/A.
- Fill out the security verification section with your date of birth, city and state of birth, social security number, driver's license number and state, and mother’s maiden name.
- Sign and date the form as the applicant/authorized user, acknowledging compliance with REIN’s rules and regulations.
- Obtain approval through the signature of the Principal/Managing Broker or Principal Officer, along with the firm name and firm ID number.
- Lastly, review the form for completeness before saving your changes. You can then download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
