Follow the steps to complete the ACC-1a form online.

1. Press the ‘Get Form’ button to access the form and open it in your preferred online editor.
2. Select your membership type by checking one of the options: Principal Broker, Managing Broker, or Agent/Assoc. Broker/Property Manager. If applicable, indicate if you are a Licensed Appraiser, Unlicensed Firm/Office Admin. Personnel, or an Unlicensed Assistant.
3. Fill in the licensed user’s name and the REIN ID responsible for the unlicensed assistant.
4. Complete the personal information section: enter your last name, first name, middle initial, and any applicable Doing Business As name.
5. Provide your home address, including city, state, and zip code.
6. Enter your primary phone number as well as a secondary phone number for the roster. Note that both numbers will be displayed on agent listings.
7. Input a unique email address necessary for setting up your REIN account. This email will be visible on listings and used for REIN communications.
8. Enter your Real Estate License Number and State of Certification. If applying for an Unlicensed membership, mark N/A.
9. Fill out the security verification section with your date of birth, city and state of birth, social security number, driver's license number and state, and mother’s maiden name.
10. Sign and date the form as the applicant/authorized user, acknowledging compliance with REIN’s rules and regulations.
11. Obtain approval through the signature of the Principal/Managing Broker or Principal Officer, along with the firm name and firm ID number.
12. Lastly, review the form for completeness before saving your changes. You can then download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
