7. In 'Parent/Guardian Information,' fill out required details such as names, Aadhaar numbers, and occupation fields for both parents.
8. Next, provide details about any siblings attending the same school in the designated section.
9. Respond to the reservation information section, specifying religion, category, and other related queries as applicable, including any disabilities.
10. For students from previous schools, fill out last school details, attendance percentage, and Student Registration Number if available.
11. Complete the declaration section, ensuring all details provided are truthful and sign as required. Include the place and date of signing.
12. After reviewing all entries for completeness and correctness, users may save changes, download, print, or share the form as required.
