Reby authorize my Employer to deduct Union dues from the gross compensation paid to me by said Employer for my work on the project captioned below. Said deduction shall be in the amount of 2% of the gross compensation and shall be for the purpose of administrative dues. I further authorize that the dues so deducted be sent to the Financial Secretary of United Scenic Artists, Local USA-829, I. A.T. S. E.. This Authorization and Assignment shall be irrevocable for the term of the applicable contra.
