2. Indicate your assessment purpose. Select one or more options such as Immigration New Zealand expression of interest or visa application, Electrical Workers Registration Board registration assessment, or for a potential employer or education provider.
3. Fill in your personal details by providing your surname, first names, preferred name, gender, title, and birth date in the specified format (dd/mm/yyyy).
4. Provide your contact information, including your preferred email, other email, mobile number, and any additional phone numbers.
5. Complete your address section by entering your organization name (if applicable), street address or PO Box, town or city, state, postcode, and country.
6. List all of your engineering qualifications. For each qualification, provide the name, duration in years, discipline, education provider, country, and date graduated in the correct format (dd/mm/yyyy). Repeat this for up to four qualifications.
7. Detail your professional affiliations by listing all current and past memberships, registrations, or licenses. For each, include the organization name, type/class, whether it is current, membership/registration number, and date gained/joined (dd/mm/yyyy). This can include up to six professional affiliations.
8. Prepare supporting documents as required. Ensure you include legible color copies of your documents certified by an appropriate authority along with any necessary official certified English translations. Gather specific files like award/graduation certificates in JPG format and transcripts/mark sheets in PDF format.
9. Complete the declaration section by confirming that all the information provided is true and accurate. Enter the date in the specified format (dd/mm/yyyy).
10. After ensuring every section is filled out correctly, save changes to your form. You can then download, print, or email your completed form along with your supporting documents to hello@engineeringnz.org.
